Calliente is designed with a strict data minimization approach.
By default, no contact data or sensitive user information is stored on our servers. Only essential and non-personal information is retained to ensure the proper functioning of the service.

✅ What Calliente Stores on its Servers
All data listed below is securely stored in Google Firestore, a fully managed NoSQL database, part of Google Cloud Platform.
Firestore is compliant with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR standards, and is hosted in the EU by default, unless otherwise specified.

🔐 Security Practices
- All stored data is non-personal and scoped by tenant
- Hosted in an ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified infrastructure based in the EU
- Device identifiers are random, generated by the application, not linked to user identity
- No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are used
🧹 Data Retention
- Tenant and device IDs are retained as long as the tenant is active
- No contact data or session tokens are retained
- Administrators can request the deletion of tenant metadata at any time via support
❌ What Calliente Does not Store
- ❌ Contact lists or personal contact information
- ❌ User profile data (email, name, etc.)
- ❌ Mailbox content, calendar, or Microsoft 365 files
- ❌ Authentication information or passwords
