Terms and Conditions of Use (ToU)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “ToU”) define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the Calliente website, accessible at: calliente.app (hereinafter the “Site”).

The Site is published by Calliente, an Individual Entrepreneur (EI), registered under SIREN number: 987963543, represented by Alexis Hocine, reachable at the following email address: alexis.hocine@calliente.app.

The Site aims to present the Calliente mobile application, designed to facilitate the synchronization of professional contacts from Office (Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, etc.) to iOS and Android mobile devices. It allows professional users to discover the application’s features, contact the publishing team, and book a personalized demonstration.

The Site is primarily aimed at a professional audience.

By browsing the Site, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these ToU.


2. Access to the Site and Services Offered

Access to the site is free and open. No user account is required to browse the site’s pages, discover the application, or book a demonstration.

The site is accessible 24/7, except in cases of force majeure, technical failures, or maintenance operations. Calliente does not guarantee permanent availability of the site and disclaims all responsibility in case of interruption.

The site provides no geographical restrictions on access.


3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the site (texts, images, graphics, logo, videos, structure, etc.) is protected by the Intellectual Property Code and is the exclusive property of Calliente, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of the content without prior authorization is prohibited. The name Calliente, the associated logo, and the application name are registered trademarks or are in the process of being registered.


4. Responsibilities of the Publisher and the User

Publisher’s responsibility:
Calliente disclaims all responsibility in case of error, bug, interruption, virus, or third-party content accessible via outgoing links. The information provided is for informational purposes only.

User’s responsibility:
The user undertakes to comply with the law and not to harm the proper functioning of the site. Any abusive or fraudulent behavior may lead to suspension of access.


5. Personal Data and Cookies

Personal data (name, first name, email, phone number, etc.) may be collected via contact forms or demonstration request forms. This data is used solely to respond to requests and is never transmitted to third parties.

In accordance with the GDPR, the user has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to their data, by sending an email to: alexis.hocine@calliente.app.

The site may use cookies for technical reasons or audience measurement. The user is informed during their visit and can refuse or configure them (more information on the cookies used in our Privacy Policy).

The site may contain links to third-party sites. Calliente cannot be held responsible for the content of these external sites.

Links to the Calliente site are permitted provided they do not harm its image. Calliente reserves the right to request their removal.


7. Modification of the Terms and Conditions of Use

Calliente reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time, without prior notice. Users are invited to consult them regularly. Any use of the site after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated ToU.


8. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts of Calliente’s registered office shall have sole jurisdiction.


9. Duration and Termination

These ToU apply throughout the period of use of the site. Calliente may restrict or suspend access for a user who does not comply with these conditions, without prior notice.


10. Effective Date

These ToU came into effect on June 9, 2025. They cancel and replace any previous version.
