Calliente synchronizes contacts without storing customer contact data on our servers.

Data processing

Calliente connects to Microsoft 365 and Entra ID to sync contacts to managed devices. Contact data is processed on-device and is not stored on Calliente servers.

Security

All requests are performed via delegated Graph API access. Admins control which groups are synchronized and can revoke access at any time.
