End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “GTCU”) is to define the terms of access and use of the Calliente website, accessible at the following address: calliente.app (hereinafter the “Site”).

The Site is published by Calliente, a simplified joint stock company (SAS), currently registered, represented by Alexis Hocine, who can be contacted at the following email address: alexis.hocine@calliente.app.

The purpose of the Site is to present the Calliente mobile application, designed to facilitate the synchronization of professional contacts from Office (Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, etc.) to iOS and Android mobile devices. Professional users can discover the application’s features, get in touch with the editorial team, and book a personalized demonstration.

The Site is primarily intended for a professional audience.

By browsing the Site, the user acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the present GTC without reservation.


2. Access to the site and services

Access to the site is free. No user account is required to consult the site pages, discover the application or book a demonstration.

The site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure, technical breakdowns or maintenance operations. Calliente does not guarantee permanent availability of the site and declines all responsibility in the event of interruption.

The site has no geographical access restrictions.


3. Intellectual property and copyright

All site content (text, images, graphics, logos, videos, structure, etc.) is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and is the exclusive property of Calliente, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, distribution or use of the content without prior authorization is prohibited. The name Calliente, the associated logo and the name of the application are registered or pending trademarks.


4. Responsibilities of the publisher and user

Publisher’s responsibility:
Calliente accepts no liability for errors, bugs, interruptions, viruses or third-party content accessible via outgoing links. The information provided is for guidance only.

User responsibility:
The user undertakes to comply with the law and not to interfere with the proper operation of the site. Any abusive or fraudulent behavior may result in suspension of access.


5. Personal data and cookies

Personal data (surname, first name, email address, telephone number, etc.) may be collected via contact forms or demo request forms. They are used solely to respond to requests and are never passed on to third parties.

In accordance with the RGPD, the user has a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, to be exercised by email to: alexis.hocine@calliente.app.

The site may use cookies for technical or audience measurement purposes. Users are informed of this when they visit the site, and can refuse or configure them (for more information on the cookies used, see our Privacy Policy).


6. Hyperlinks

The site may contain links to third-party sites. Calliente cannot be held responsible for the content of these external sites.

Links to the Calliente site are authorized provided that they do not harm its image. Calliente reserves the right to request the removal of such links.


7. Modification of the Terms of Use

Calliente reserves the right to modify these GCU at any time, without notice. Users are invited to consult them regularly. Any use of the site after modification implies acceptance of the updated GCU.


8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GCU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable agreement, the competent courts of Calliente’s registered office shall have sole jurisdiction.


9. Duration and termination

These terms and conditions apply throughout the period of use of the site. Calliente may restrict or suspend the access of a user who does not respect these conditions, without prior notice.


10. Effective date

These GCU came into force on June 17, 2025. They cancel and replace any previous version.
