Can Microsoft 365 natively sync the Global Address List (GAL) to iPhone or Android contacts?+
No. Microsoft 365 does not natively publish the GAL or Entra ID directory into the native Contacts app on iOS or Android. Calliente fills this gap by syncing Entra ID contacts to the device's native address book, with caller ID.
Does Calliente store our company contacts?+
No. Calliente performs delegated Microsoft Graph API calls from the device and does not store or process customer contacts on its servers. The architecture is GDPR-ready.
